A note from Ash
More about Ash
Hi, I'm Ash
I've been a joiner for over 20 years, and I run Ash Wood Joinery the way I'd want a job done in my own home: turn up when I say I will, keep you in the loop, and leave the place tidy.
Every job gets my full attention, whether it's hanging a few doors or a whole kitchen. On bigger jobs you'll meet Chris and Harry too, and I bring in plasterers, electricians and gas engineers I trust, so you've only got one person to deal with.
If you've got a job in mind, give me a call or send me a WhatsApp. I'll come and have a look and talk it through with you.

★★★★★
Highly professional and excellent workmanship. Our new kitchen was finished to the highest specification and I cannot praise this company enough. Ash and Harry are thorough and their attention to detail is perfection personified. Mitred corners and seamless joint construction is a pleasure to behold. Added twelve new interior doors to the order as they are such a good company. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in future.
★★★★★
Ashley was highly recommended by people I trusted and their recommendation was spot on. Ashley came to look at my bathroom and discuss what I needed. We arranged a date to start and he allowed 3 days in case any issues cropped up. They arrived punctually, and that great combination of friendly and professional. They worked tirelessly and left the bathroom and leading to it from the front door immaculate. I felt so comfortable with them here and cannot say a big enough thank you.
★★★★★
Fantastic company. Ashley is prompt with the quote and quality of work is exceptional. Our new business fire doors look great and of high quality. Clean, Tidy and considerate company

Helpful guides
How much does a media wall cost?
Every media wall is built to fit the room, so the price depends on what you want it to do.
How long does it take to fit a kitchen?
The fitting itself is usually measured in days, not weeks, but the full job depends on what else needs doing around it..
Fitting a kitchen you've bought yourself
Lots of customers buy their kitchen from Howdens, Wren or DIY Kitchens and just need it fitting properly.
Do you come out to see the job before quoting?
Yes. Ash comes out to look at the job, talks through what you want and any problems he spots, then sends you a quote.
Can you fit a kitchen I've already bought?
Yes. Ash fits kitchens from any supplier, including Howdens and DIY Kitchens, as well as fully bespoke designs.
Can you organise the other trades?
Yes. On bigger jobs Ash brings in plasterers, an electrician and a gas engineer he trusts, and organises them, so you only deal with one person.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Hanging a few internal doors, new skirting, a loft ladder or a handrail are all welcome, not just full kitchens and renovations.
What areas do you cover?
Runcorn, Widnes, Warrington, Frodsham, Helsby and Halton, and across Cheshire and Merseyside.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ash Wood Joinery NW Ltd has public liability and employers' liability insurance.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You can send a WhatsApp or the enquiry form at any time and Ash will get back to you.
Do you build decking and garden structures?
Yes. Ash builds timber and composite decking, pergolas, garden screening and outdoor storage, with lighting fitted by an electrician he trusts.
Will my house be left tidy?
Yes. The team tidy up as they go, clean up at the end of each day and leave everything clean when the job's finished.
How do I get a quote?
Call or WhatsApp 07561 813365, or send the enquiry form. A few photos and rough sizes help Ash get back to you faster.
